No Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Las Vegas Art and Jewelry. We strive to provide high-quality products and exceptional service. Please carefully review your purchase before finalizing your order, as we do not accept returns on any products.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. No Returns or Exchanges: All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds, except in the case of damaged or defective items (see below for details).

2. Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item with photographic evidence. We will investigate the issue and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or refund for defective products.

3. Non-refundable Items: Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on any opened or used items. 

4. Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is defective or an error occurred on our part.

By proceeding with your order, you confirm that you understand and agree to this No Returns Policy.

Our Plant Pots, candle base and all of our concrete products are prone to having small holes, pores, air bubbles and very small minimal details and this will not be subject for a refund.
